With 20 years at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology, she advises senior leaders and designs the strategies and systems that turn AI into measurable advantage. She is machine-learning certified through Caltech CTME and is driven by a belief that how we adapt to, learn, and incorporate new technology will shape the kind of world we live and work in next.

She brings deep experience scaling media and technology companies through pivotal moments, with senior leadership roles at HearstLab, Mindshow, Mar Vista Entertainment, and A+E Networks. Sharon works with founders and executive teams to sharpen positioning, unlock revenue, and turn complex products into focused, high-impact growth engines.

Juan Faisal
Learning & Development Lead
Juan designs learning experiences that blend storytelling, instructional design, and audience-first strategy to teach complex ideas, scale reach, and drive real action. His work spans global brands including Google, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, MTV, and Unilever, as well as leading creators across education, travel, and entertainment. He is also the co-founder and host of Slop World, a podcast exploring AI, culture, and the shifting realities of modern work.

Matthew Robinson
Technical Lead
Matt Robinson is a Software Engineer and Data Scientist. He has a Masters in Information and Data Science from University of California, Berkeley and has worked for NASA IMPACT, Marshall Space Flight Center, the University of California at Davis, BASF AI Services, and Sav.com. He loves dogs, roller skating, and collecting DnB vinyl records.
