Tameka Kee is an advertising futurist who's spent  15+ years in the pipes of digital media — as a reporter covering the rise of programmatic, a marketer inside adtech (Rubicon Project, now Magnite), and a programmer of the industry's rooms at Digiday, ad: tech, and CIMM.

At Era Seven, she leads the paid media practice, helping the people who spend client money learn to interrogate AI, not just adopt it. She writes Ad Calls from the Edge and moderates for clients like Beet.TV.

Gabriela is an award-winning growth strategist and creative leader with a decade of experience serving industry-leading brands at the intersection of media, culture, and technology.
 

She’s led teams across strategy and creative, threading together brand narrative, platform strategy, audience targeting, and emerging technologies to scale influential media and consumer brands alike.

Matt Robinson is a Software Engineer and Data Scientist. He has a Masters in Information and Data Science from University of California, Berkeley and has worked for NASA IMPACT, Marshall Space Flight Center, the University of California at Davis, BASF AI Services, and Sav.com.

He loves dogs, roller skating, and collecting DnB vinyl records.

Juan designs learning experiences that blend storytelling, instructional design, and audience-first strategy to teach complex ideas, scale reach, and drive real action. His work spans global brands including Google, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, MTV, and Unilever, as well as leading creators across education, travel, and entertainment.
 

He is also the co-founder and host of Slop World, a podcast exploring AI, culture, and the shifting realities of modern work.

Sharon Bordas is a growth executive and go-to-market advisor at Era Seven Partners. She brings deep experience scaling media and technology companies through pivotal moments, with senior leadership roles at HearstLab, Mindshow, Mar Vista Entertainment, and A+E Networks.
