Getting Started with The E7 Stack
The essentials: what The E7 Stack is, how it works, and how to get going with Atlas, your AI tutor.
Meet E7 Atlas
E7 Atlas is your built-in AI tutor. It's not a generic chatbot. Atlas is purpose-built to guide you through each course step by step, respond to your inputs in real time, challenge weak outputs, and help you refine your thinking. Think of Atlas as a coach who's always available and never judges you for asking "can you explain that differently?" You'll use Atlas throughout every module to practice prompts, get feedback, and build the skills that make AI collaboration second nature.
What is The E7 Stack?
The E7 Stack is a learn-by-doing AI curriculum. No passive videos. No quizzes. From minute one, you're inside a live AI environment practicing real prompts with Atlas and building practical skills you can use at work. Think of it less like a course and more like a flight simulator. Your company's curriculum is customized to your team's roles and goals.
How do the courses work?
Each course starts with a short video introduction, then moves into prompt chains: sequences of connected prompts that build on each other. You'll practice these in real time with Atlas, applying concepts directly to exercises and your own work. Video guides appear at key moments to keep you on track. Everything happens inside the platform.
Work through the prompt chains one at a time. Paste one prompt. Review the response. Iterate until it feels right. Then move on.
What if I get stuck?
Experiment. That's the whole point. If a concept isn't clicking, ask Atlas to explain it differently. Try the same prompt with new examples. Ask for alternatives: "Give me three different approaches to this." Add more detail about what you want or don't want. Start a fresh conversation if things go sideways. There's no breaking the AI. Exploration is encouraged.
Can Atlas start over?
Yes! If Atlas is mid-response and you want it to stop, click the 🟥 button and Atlas will stop "thinking." If you want to ditch a whole thread and start fresh, click the 🗑️ button to open a clean conversation with Atlas.
Can I attach files when working with Atlas?
Yes. Click the 📎 icon in the Atlas chat to attach a document, spreadsheet, image, or dataset. Atlas can read what you share and work with it directly. You can also download anything Atlas creates for you, so if it drafts something useful, you can save it and keep going on your own.
Does Atlas remember?
Atlas keeps context within a thread while you're working, so you can build on earlier exchanges without repeating yourself. But every hour, Atlas clears its memory. That means each session starts fresh. If there's something you want to hang onto, save it to your desktop for later.
How long do the courses take?
Anywhere from 20–75 minutes. If you're engaged and learning, spend longer. The goal is competency, not speed. You can always come back to modules later. As you gain experience, you'll notice new insights on each revisit.
What are workshops?
After you complete a course, you'll join group workshops scheduled throughout your program. Learning AI skills on your own is one thing. Using them confidently at work is another. Workshops give you the chance to practice with your colleagues, work through hypothetical challenges together, and get immediate feedback. These are mandatory to complete each course.
What happens next?
The real work begins. The E7 Stack is designed to create lasting behavioral change, not just teach concepts. After completing your modules, you'll have the skills and confidence to apply AI collaboration to your daily work. We also strongly recommend practicing outside the platform with your preferred LLMs, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another tool. The skills you build here are transferable, and regular practice accelerates fluency.
Account and Workspace
How your E7 Stack instance is set up, and how to make changes to it.
How is my instance configured?
Every E7 Stack deployment is custom-built for the client organization. That means the specifics of your instance — the courses available, the user roles, how people sign in, and what admin controls are exposed — were defined when your organization onboarded with E7. If you're unsure how your instance is configured, your internal program lead (the person at your company who owns the rollout) is the fastest path to an answer. For anything they can't resolve, contact us directly at hello@erasevenpartners.com.
Adding and removing users
User provisioning varies by instance. Some clients manage users themselves through their identity provider; others have E7 add and remove users on request. Check with your internal program lead first to confirm which model applies to your organization. If users need to be added or removed by E7, send the request to hello@erasevenpartners.com from an authorized contact at your organization.
Requesting other changes to your configuration
Course content, user access, branding, and other instance-level settings can be updated at any time. Send change requests to hello@erasevenpartners.com. Please include your organization name, the change you'd like made, and any relevant context (e.g., new course modules to add, users to onboard, content to update). We'll confirm receipt and timing.
How can I learn more about my instance?
Because each E7 Stack instance is custom, this help center covers what's true across all instances. For details specific to your organization's deployment — sign-in URL, available courses, your internal contacts — refer to the welcome materials your program lead provided at rollout, or reach out to them directly.
Security and Privacy
How your data and your work are handled inside The E7 Stack.
Is it safe to put my work into The E7 Stack?
Yes. The E7 Stack is data-secure and SOC2 compliant. Your technical team reviewed and approved your use of the platform before rollout, which includes how your work product and inputs are handled. Go for it.
Authentication and sign-in
How you sign in depends on how your organization's instance was configured. Some clients use single sign-on (SSO) through their identity provider; others use credentials provided directly by E7. If you're not sure which applies to you, check with your internal program lead or the welcome materials you received at rollout.
What Atlas retains and what it doesn't
Atlas keeps context within a single working thread so you can build on what you've already discussed without repeating yourself. Every hour, that thread context clears and Atlas starts fresh. If you've produced something during a session you want to keep — a draft, a summary, an artifact — save or download it before the day ends.
Confidentiality
The E7 Stack is designed for you to bring real work into the platform: your roles, your materials, your actual use cases. That's how the skills transfer. Your work product is handled in line with the security and confidentiality commitments E7 made to your organization at the start of the engagement. If you have questions about how a specific type of information is handled, your program lead or hello@erasevenpartners.com can confirm.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you've encountered a security issue, anything from a suspicious message to unexpected access behavior, please report it promptly to hello@erasevenpartners.com with the subject line "Security." Include what you observed, when, and any relevant screenshots. We'll acknowledge receipt and investigate.
